Royal Mail is used for smaller packages within the UK. 

Insurance up to £34 is included in the postage charge. 
If your are purchasing items which total more than £34, we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Other postal services are available - please contact to arrange before purchase.

Larger packages will be sent via Courier Service, insurance is included in the price. 

 

The website has an automated postage system based on weight.  If you purchase form ebay, please contact us for combined postage prices.

 

We try our best to keep postal prices to a minimum. All Postage and Packing Costs are included in the price.  This includes Packing Materials.

 

Yes, we do.  International Buyers, please contact us directly for postage prices before purchasing items.  Items will be sent via Airmail which is not trackable.  A trackable service can be used at extra cost.  

How long will it take for my items to be dispatched?

Each item should show a estimated delivery time. 

As a rough guide,smaller stock items should be sent within 7 days of payment cleared, usually in a shorter time frame. 

Built to order items usually take between 14-21 days after payment cleared.

This is only a rough guide and if you need items by a specific date, please arrange this with us prior to purchase.

 

 

Items sent via First Class and courier should arrive within 1-2 days of dispatch. 

This may vary and we cannot be held responsible for royal mail and courier delivery times.

Yes, this is possible, but not guaranteed. 

Please email us directly to check stock availability, and dispatch time before making your purchase.

Built to order items an additional surcharge may be required.

What is pre-order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet available, but will be at a future date.

 

There are many reasons to pre-order an item. 

Pre-order is available on all our 'limited run' items, or popular 'limited stock' items, such as imported items.

In our experience, these items are sometimes sold before they can even reach ebay or website sales.

Pre-ordering guarantees you get the item once it becomes available.  

It is recommended that you join our mailing lists to guarantee you hear about items as soon as they are available for pre-order.   

 

Yes, you will need to pay the full pre-order price upfront or in some circumstances a non-refundable deposit.

 

Yes.  Many of our pre-order items are discounted or carry special offers. 

Discounts and special offers will no longer be available once pre-order period is over.

What is the difference between FX and this helmet?
FX helmets are fan sculpted and are nowhere near movie accurate.
They are larger and can give the 'bobble head' look.  
Our helmets are a smaller, movie accurate version.

Will I have to pay Import Charges?
NO - our armour in manufactured in the UK, and then assembled and shipped by us from the UK.

Is this Garrison approved?
Our previous customers have had no problems getting cleared by the leading Garrisons.

Do you manufacture?
No - we buy in and assemble the best quality kits in the UK

Is this armour actually white?
Yes, unlike many kits, this armour is gloss white.  No blue/pink/grey undertones - just shiny trooper white.

What am I paying for?
Included in the armour cost, is the all the armour, helmet, quality materials, and assembley time.
In a nut shell... We do not make retail profit on suits - the price is for materials & time

Is this UK armour?
Yes, this armour is made in the UK & in our experience is the BEST armour in the UK.

Do you use Velcro or glue?
Both, we learned from experience that this is by far the best solution.
PLEASE NOTE:  we use 'industrial strength Velcro' - only this type gives the strength required.
Some parts are glued, and parts which need more flexibility are held together with industrial Velcro.
The armour is NOT connected to the undersuit - thus allowing full movement.

What size is the armour?
The armour will relaistically fit 5'6 - 6'4.    We can accomidate most sizes - just ask.
Accomidating outside of these sizes is possible,
but we would strongly recommend a bespoke fitting to ensure a comfortable fit.

What type of Plastic is used?
We use a hybrid blended plastic, made specifically for it's strength, consistancy and flexibility.
It is NOT acrylic capped and is the same colour right the way through,
allowing any scratches to be polished out completely with the Novus 3 part
Polish system
